The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is part of the National Scenic Trails Sytem along
with the better known Appilacian Trail, and the Continental Divide Trail.
The PCT stretches 2650 miles through California, Oregon and Washington, going border to
border from Mexico to Canada.
During the summer of 2000, I will be hiking the PCT from South to North. This site will follow along with me during the journey.
If you'd like to be painlessly reminded on a regular basis of my flight from society into the wildernees, I'd suggest that you subscribe to the newsletter, though for instant gratification, you could take a look at the archives.
You can send me short (under 8000 characters!) messages at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My mailing address for the next few months is:
You all have fun out there. I'll catch you on the flip side.
